Hi there! My name is Stephanie Jarvis Caskill and I am a licensed realtor® in the Hampton Roads/Coastal Virginia area!  I've been selling real estate since 2011 & grew up in this business as my mom, Linda Fox-Jarvis, has been selling for nearly FORTY years and I have had the pleasure to join her team first as her assistant and now 12 years later, I am her business PARTNER!  I got into this business just after I graduated from college & feel that I have truly found my passion helping families buy & sell their homes.  I've come to find that selling a home is more than just a transaction - it's truly being a part of someone's journey & also becoming their trusted advisor for all things home, lifestyle & everything in between! Over the last few years, I've been making recommendations that range from my favorite restaurants, to how to increase your curb appeal and thought, why not start a blog about it?!
